This adaptive reuse project turns a 7,164-square-foot office into a joyful, purpose-built Early Learning Center—shaped by educator insight and grounded in code-driven life safety. Five classrooms are choreographed for clarity and easy supervision, with shared restrooms and intuitive circulation that guide small footsteps with big curiosity. Daylight is softened, acoustics are hushed, and materials are warm to invite calm engagement, while targeted structural and MEP upgrades quietly boost comfort and efficiency.

Outside, the north parking lot becomes a secure world of play—fencing, pilasters, gates, and layered landscape forming a friendly perimeter for exploration. Shade, texture, and seasonal color extend learning outdoors, creating a small campus where routine and wonder coexist.
