This commercial facade improvement revitalizes one of Reno’s earliest concrete tilt‑up buildings, giving a hardworking structure new presence on Mill Street. A crisp, deep-corrugated metal skin forms the primary expression, introducing strong vertical rhythm and shadow while improving durability and thermal performance. Smooth stucco accents punctuate the composition, softening edges and framing entries and glazing for a refined street interface. The result is a clean, contemporary infill that respects the building’s industrial origins and returns it to active urban life.
